About the Role

As a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker at Wilderness Way, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to children in our residential setting. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of working with children in residential care or similar settings, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support.
