Role Overview

As a District Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients in their own homes or residential care settings. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the success of our Community Nursing service.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and palliative care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • First-level registration with the NMC (Adult)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel across Trust sites
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £38,890 - £44,503 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
