At TRCGroup, we're on the hunt for a skilled and dedicated individual to take on the role of Nursing Home Manager in our luxury nursing home in Newton Aycliffe.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in delivering high-quality care and strong business acumen. As our Care Home Manager, you'll have the autonomy to lead our team towards an Outstanding CQC rating while guiding our home towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide guidance and direction to our home's staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a well-thought-out marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote our home's services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Have oversight of all records to ensure that our home's administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a nursing home.
  • A Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
  • A Registered Nurse with an active NMC certificate and PIN.
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector.

We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 + Bonus, along with full-funded training and development opportunities. Our benefits package includes:
