Our luxury nursing home is situated in Newton Aycliffe, offering a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to join our team. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision.
Responsibilities:- To provide exceptional leadership and direction to the home's staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
- To develop and implement a well-thought-out marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home's services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
- To build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.
- To oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- To continuously monitor and evaluate the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- To manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that the home is a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience - Essential
- Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management
