Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team in providing home-based support for autistic and/or neurodivergent individuals. This rewarding role will enable you to make a genuine difference in the lives of those we support.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will work independently and as part of a team to provide bespoke round-the-clock care in a person's own home. Your responsibilities will include supporting with personal and household tasks, assisting with meal preparation, accompanying individuals on outings and holidays, and facilitating access to healthcare services.
