HC One is seeking a skilled Nursing Home Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Nursing Home Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation to our residents through a range of social and recreational activities.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £30,000-£45,000, depending on experience. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. You should also have experience in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for individuals with dementia.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, building strong relationships with the rest of the team, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
