We are proud to offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, for our Clinical Lead position. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional nursing care, and provide leadership and guidance to our care staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
