Deputy Manager Position

As a key member of the management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the home, working closely with the Home Manager and multidisciplinary team. The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and coach colleagues, promote engaging and creative marketing initiatives, and undertake their own professional and personal development. We estimate that this role comes with a salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the company offers a range of benefits, including a pension contribution of 5%, recognition schemes, and fully funded training and development opportunities.
