Care Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description: As a Deputy Manager at Akari Care, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our nursing home. You will work closely with the Home Manager and other members of the team to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
Your duties will include:
* Leading and motivating the care team to deliver excellent care standards
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Coordinating staff rotas and ensuring adequate staffing levels
* Collaborating with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless care provision
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
* Experience of working within the healthcare sector, preferably in a management or leadership capacity
* Management/leadership qualification (desirable)
* NMC registration with active PIN
