Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the care team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the nursing home
* Leading and motivating the care team to deliver excellent care standards
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Coordinating staff rotas and ensuring adequate staffing levels
* Collaborating with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless care provision

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
* Experience of working within the healthcare sector, preferably in a management or leadership capacity
* Management/leadership qualification (desirable)
* NMC registration with active PIN
