About the Job

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, observing and reviewing their care plans, and supporting social activities and training junior colleagues. With a strong focus on personalized care, you will work closely with the care team to ensure that every resident receives the highest level of care and attention.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, flexibility, and an approachable and engaging persona.   • A competitive salary starting at £12.52 per hour up to £13.27 per hour (Depending on Qualification).
