Residential Childcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team in the Northeast.
As a key member of our residential childcare team, you will be responsible for providing support and care to children and young people in a safe and nurturing environment.
This is a full-time and part-time role with a 2-week rolling rota, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description- Supporting Daily Needs: Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meals, and leisure activities.
- Personal Development: Help children and young people develop life skills and create lasting memories.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Previous experience working with children or young people.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
