Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that cater to the unique requirements of each resident.
  • Lead and manage a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to management.
  • Administer medication and provide essential stimulation to enhance our residents' quality of life.
Requirements
  • Hold a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Have experience in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for individuals with dementia.
  • Demonstrate positive energy and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
  • Be able to manage time effectively and maintain accurate records.
