We have an exciting opportunity for a Positive Behaviour Support Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team at ROC Group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting a therapeutic PBS ethos and overseeing the development, implementation, and monitoring of Behaviour Support Plans across our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To foster environments that improve quality of life and build positive futures for children and young people.
  • To conduct Functional Assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans that align with our group's business goals.
  • To provide training and support to staff in Active Support and PBS implementation.


Requirements:
  • BCBA certification or Level 7 in Leading Organisations in PBS is essential.
  • Experience in staff supervision, behaviour analysis, and leadership.
  • Strong communication, analytical abilities, and team motivation.


What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • A comprehensive NEST pension contribution (4%).
  • Mileage reimbursement for business travel.
