Classroom Support Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising pupils during the lunchtime period, promoting good behaviour, and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children during lunchtime in school and on the playground.
- Encourage healthy choices and promote good manners among pupils.
- Maintain good behaviour in line with the school's policies and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Benefits
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
