**Job Summary**
Creative Support Ltd is a leading provider of care and support services to vulnerable individuals. We are seeking a skilled Support Services Specialist to join our team of Support Workers. As a specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services that promote the independence and well-being of our service users.
**Salary Range:** £19,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Responsibilities:**
* Providing person-centered care and support that meets the unique needs of each service user
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
* Relevant qualifications in care and support (e.g., Care Certificate, Social Care Diploma)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
