About the Role

As a Youth Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to vulnerable young individuals, aged 10-18. Your key responsibilities will include acting as a 'keyworker' and role model, engaging with the young people, administering medication when necessary, and maintaining accurate records.
