Children's Outreach Worker

We Care Bespoke are looking for passionate individuals to support children with learning diabilities in the Newton Aycliffe Area on outreach.
You will plan fun and enjoyable activities tailored to the young person’s interests, and plan to build relationships with other children to enable social interaction and wellbeing engagement and building independent life skills.
What you need to apply:
· 12 months experience in the UK working with children with learning disabilities (ESSENTIAL)
· Driving licence, with access to own vehicle (ESSENTIAL)
· A passion to work with vulnerable children.
· A background in social care, healthcare, or support.
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Experience carrying out personal care tasks.
· Experience working with challenging behaviour, and how to de-escalate these behaviours.
