This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals. As a Support Worker - Neurodiversity, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils to access highly personalised programmes of study in one of our specialist schools.

You will work independently and as part of a team to provide support and guidance to pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is willing to learn, able to use their initiative, and has a drive and resilience for what can be a demanding role.
