Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team, providing care to clients in the Newton Aycliffe area.

This role involves providing 1:1 care and support to a young male with complex needs, including tracheostomy, severe intrauterine growth retardation, and suctioning. Shifts include 9pm - 9am, 2 to 3 shifts per week.

As a Care Worker with Cera, you will benefit from a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role.
