Position: Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of our people, supporting their daily activities, additional needs, and personal development. You will work closely with a dedicated team, including therapists and other support workers, to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Support individuals in their daily activities, including personal care and development.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised care plans.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer
