About the Role

As an Autism Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults to live fulfilling lives. Our Supported Living service provides bespoke round-the-clock care, enabling them to thrive in their own homes and communities.

You will work independently and as part of a team to support individuals with personal and household tasks, shopping and meal preparation, outings and holidays, medical appointments, and leisure activities. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build trust will be essential in establishing positive relationships with those in your care.
