Job Title: Care Worker - Specialist Services

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team in the Newton Aycliffe area.

About the Role:

As a Care Worker, you'll provide care and support to a young male client with complex needs, including tracheostomy, severe intrauterine growth retardation, and suctioning. You'll work on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to meet the client's individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to the client, including tracheostomy care and suctioning
  • Work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and their family
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the client's care plan

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care work, preferably in a specialist setting
