About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents
- Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
