Children's Complex Support Professional

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Professional to provide high-quality care and support to a young male with complex needs in the Newton Aycliffe area.
You'll be working on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored care and support that meets the individual's unique needs, including tracheostomy, severe intrauterine growth retardation, and suctioning.
Shifts will include 9pm - 9am, with 2 to 3 shifts per week. You'll be part of a Specialist Services Team that provides comprehensive clinical training and induction programs, overseen by professional nurses.
To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent people skills, great communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
