Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support services to young individuals in our community homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 4 award in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
  • Experience in childcare or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The estimated salary for this position is £37,000 DOE, taking into account the competitive salary range for this role in the Newton Aycliffe & Surrounding Areas.
