About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our graduate program as a management trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills and expertise in retail management while working with a dynamic and fast-paced team.

The role involves participating in rotational training assignments across different business areas, developing leadership skills through mentorship and coaching, and working closely with experienced managers to gain insights into operational processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
  • A full UK driving license by 1st February
  • Ability to relocate within commuting distance from a Regional Distribution Centre
  • Legal entitlement to work in the UK on a full-time basis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary £26,000 - £30,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package including company car, pension scheme, and discounted gym membership
