Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Newton Aycliffe. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing material handling equipment on various customer sites within your designated area. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for working in the motor trade, agricultural, or plant industry and be looking for a career change opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Service Manager, manage maintenance, service, and repair of material handling equipment
- Work with various types of equipment including diesel, gas, and electric trucks
- Ensure accurate completion of relevant paperwork and attend regular training courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment

Requirements:
- Essential NVQ Level 3 qualification - certificates required
- Consideration given to Vehicle Technician, Master Technician, HGV Technician, Agricultural Engineer, Roadside Recovery, Plant Fitter
- Full apprenticeship served
- Technical experience in Engines, Electrics (Diagnostics), or Hydraulics
- IT literate and comfortable with latest technology
