Workshop Engineer Position

Lincolnshire's leading manufacturer of forklift trucks and warehouse equipment is seeking a skilled Workshop / Engineer to join their team in the Newton Aycliffe workshop. As part of the Kion Group AG, we offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have experience working as a vehicle technician or mechanical engineer with expertise in plant fitter, plant technician, vehicle technician, or similar roles. Experience in plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners is highly desirable.
- Maintenance of Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites
The successful candidate will be responsible for finding, diagnosing, and rectifying faults, as well as undertaking preventative maintenance. A full UK driving licence is essential, and an NVQ level 3 qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
