Husqvarna Group is seeking a highly skilled Robotics Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Newton Aycliffe. This role will be primarily based in the workshop, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our range of robotic lawnmowers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the repair and servicing of small electrical equipment. You will also possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to clearly explain technical issues to clients and customers.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to write comprehensive reports. You will also have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and hold a clean, current driving license.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and repairing machines returned to the workshop and feeding back any findings
  • Reworking bonded products when required
  • Developing technical support information for product training
  • Communicating to the Sales Teams or categories regarding any technical issues and status
  • Automower installations and technical support
