Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant at North East Autism Society, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic and neurodivergent children and young people to access highly personalised programmes of study in one of our specialist schools.
You will work independently and as part of a team to provide support and guidance to pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning and making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Salary Information:
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £17,165.70 and £17,672.10 per annum, paid on a pro rata basis during school terms. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including free school meals, pension scheme with employer contributions, and employee discounts on over 130,000 shops and entertainment venues.
