Senior Care Practitioner

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate senior care practitioner to lead our care team and provide high-quality support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote dignity, independence, and security for our residents.
- Lead a team of care staff in maintaining the highest standards of care and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Assist with administering medication and providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure comprehensive care.
About the Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications).

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or equivalent)
- A background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
- The ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately
