About the Job

As a Business Development Director at Pharma Search, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development in the UK & Nordics region. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK & Nordics region
  • Manage existing relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and a higher level degree (Master or PhD, MBA) desirable
  • Strong network of senior-level contacts in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of identifying and securing full service business in top tier accounts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
