Jaja Finance Ltd is seeking a Head of New Business Development to lead our New Business Origination team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and improvements in decision strategy for New Business Origination. Your main responsibilities will include delivering analytical thought leadership and end-to-end, in-depth analytical delivery for New Business Origination programs at Jaja.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including pension, to attract top talent. Our salary range is £110,000 - £140,000 depending on experience.

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need strong coding skills and understanding of data structures. You should also have deep conceptual and technical understanding of Credit Risk, Analytics, Statistical Model deployment and use demonstrated prior analytical/first-line risk experience in the Card industry. Additionally, you should be comfortable using direct language and speaking in a straightforward yet respectful manner to save people's time and simplify everyone's workday.
