**Head of New Business Development Job Description:**
Timely Recruit Ltd is seeking an exceptional Head of New Business Development to spearhead our new business development efforts, targeting UK mid-market firms and private equity sectors.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies, leveraging your expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Your primary goal will be to expand our client base through strategic partnerships and targeted sales initiatives, collaborating closely with our ESG consultants to deliver tailored solutions.
- With a strong track record of sales success, you will drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, negotiating terms and securing new business agreements.
Key Requirements:
- A proven ability to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progression of prospects through the sales funnel.
- Demonstrable experience selling professional services, particularly within the private equity sector and UK mid-market firms.
- An excellent understanding of or interest in ESG principles and their application in business, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, self-motivated with a results-driven approach and analytical mindset.
Our Offer:
- A competitive salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus bonus incentives based on performance.
