About the Role

As a Strategic Growth Leader at Chemonics UK, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and diversification of our client portfolio. You will develop and implement a comprehensive new business strategy to achieve annual backlog targets, build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision makers, and lead the development of strategic proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a new business strategy. Identify new business opportunities and lead the pursuit of new clients and projects.">
  • Lead proposal development and bid submission processes. Collaborate with technical practices to develop high-quality, competitive bids that meet client requirements.">
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships. Develop and implement effective working relationships with new clients, counterparts, potential partners, and stakeholders.">

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading business growth and development within the international development sector.">
  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.">
  • Financial literacy and ability to interpret management accounts.">
  • Ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams to drive growth.">

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
