Head of Business Development

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Head of Business Development to join our team in Brighton & Hove.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new business sales and knowledge of the telecoms sector, specifically VoIP and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate exceptional sales skills and work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the telecoms market
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
Requirements
  • Experience as a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Sales Director or similar
  • Experience or strong knowledge of Telecom / ISP sector including VoIP and connectivity
  • Proven personal sales experience demonstrating achievement of revenue targets
