Overview

TPN Recruitment is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Head of Business Development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving growth through effective sales strategies, channel and strategic partnerships, and market positioning.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our CEO to build commercial strategy for the business and deliver new revenue targets. You will also take responsibility for managing all revenue-based channels, including Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Account Management.

Our client is a leading B2B payment startup that leverages AI/ML, blockchain, and ESG metrics to revolutionise the way businesses handle their financial transactions. They are looking for a skilled Head of Business Development to develop and execute the company's commercial strategy in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

About The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 15+ years' experience in leadership/management within the payments industry. You should have strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of driving growth through effective sales strategies, channel and strategic partnerships, and market positioning.

The successful candidate will possess excellent quantitative, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.

Salary: £222,000 plus equity and package
