Supporting Students in a Primary Setting

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting and Learning in Schools and significant experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of different learners. A strong presence in the classroom and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment are essential.

This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible, with a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum. Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring they receive the right level of TAX and National Insurance without any admin charges.
