SEN Teacher for SEMH Setting

Join our dynamic team at Empowering Learning, where we are passionate about empowering children to reach their full potential. We are seeking an experienced SEN teacher to work in our SEMH setting in Ruddington, offering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
This role requires a qualified and experienced SEN teacher who can deliver high-quality teaching and support to children with complex needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the school team to develop and implement individualised learning plans, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Support: Deliver high-quality teaching and support to children across a wide range of subjects and activities
- Class Management: Manage pupils' personalised learning based on their individual needs, and ensure that every child receives the support they need to succeed
- Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with the school team to develop and implement individualised learning plans, and communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of progress
Requirements:
- QTS or Equivalent: A recognised teaching qualification or equivalent experience
- Taught across subjects: Proven ability to teach a variety of subjects and adapt to changing curriculum requirements
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, staff, and parents
