We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join our team in Manchester, supporting students with diverse learning needs and abilities. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Job Summary:

This role involves providing individualised support to students, adapting to their unique needs and abilities. You will assist in lesson planning, supervise group activities, and collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver targeted support to students, focusing on their strengths and areas for improvement.
  2. Contribute to the development of teaching materials and resources, aligning with curriculum goals.
  3. Facilitate group activities and projects, fostering teamwork and social skills.
  4. Support students with SEND in achieving their full potential.
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive support for students.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification ( CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role.
  • Demonstrated commitment to child safety and well-being.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £24,500, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
