We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SEND teaching assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning's ASD specialist school in the Newark area. As a key member of our staff, you will contribute to creating a safe and inclusive environment for students with diverse learning needs. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting students during lessons and school activities, assisting staff and students during lunch and break times, and implementing personalized learning plans tailored to individual student needs. We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including complimentary safeguarding training and access to CV writing support.
