SEND Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Youth Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Monarch Education.
As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the emotional well-being and academic success of pupils with SEND and complex needs.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing personalized support plans, building positive relationships with pupils and their families, and contributing to the creation of a positive school culture.
