Job Description:

As an Education Assistant - SEND, you will be working within our specialist resource base to provide one-to-one and group support to children with ASD and complex communication needs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting children with SEND to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential
  • Working collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans
  • Using your knowledge of SEND to create a safe and inclusive learning environment

You Will Need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in supporting teaching and learning in schools or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with children with complex communication needs

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
