Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a teaching classroom assistant in schools across North Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent, and Newcastle under Lyme.

About the Role

As an Educational Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery

Your role will play a vital part in supporting the education of students in our partner schools, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of child development and learning principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members

You will also need to have a degree in a relevant field such as Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
