We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Education Support Assistant to join our team at Aspire People Limited. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) in a mainstream primary school setting.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment and contribute to the educational and personal development of students. You will be working closely with teachers, other support staff, and parents to ensure that each student receives the support they need to succeed.

  1. A Level 3 + Teaching Assistant Qualification (NVQ / CACHE preferable)
  2. Experience supporting pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis
  3. Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 and KS2 curriculum
  4. Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:
  • Working with 3 children who are in Year 1, Year 3, and Year 4
  • Providing one-to-one support to pupils with SEND
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress
