SEN Teaching Assistant Vacancy

Ambitious individuals with experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) are invited to apply for this exciting opportunity. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a classroom environment, promoting their growth and progress.

We offer a competitive daily rate of £425 per week, with PAYE paid weekly. In addition, you will receive free access to our SEND Toolkit skills development and funded formal qualifications.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting students with diverse needs, as well as previous experience working with SEN students. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized learning plans to promote student growth and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to students with SEN in a classroom environment
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with SEN students
  • Commitment to promoting equality and diversity
  • Understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
