Aspire People is committed to providing exceptional education services. We're now looking for a skilled SEND Teacher to fill this vital position. The successful applicant will work closely with teaching assistants, students, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

Some Key Tasks:
  1. Work one-to-one with students or lead group sessions, adapting instruction to meet diverse needs
  2. Oversee classroom resources, ensuring they align with curriculum goals and student requirements
  3. Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of understanding and respect
  4. Effectively manage challenging behaviors, focusing on de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and optimize educational outcomes

We require a teaching qualification with QTS and an enhanced DBS on the update service. Salary range: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
