The Archway Learning Trust is seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join its team at Bluecoat Aspley Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEND and contribute to the success of our academy.

Key Duties:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN in a variety of settings.
  • Assist teachers in preparing resources and materials for lessons.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive SEND provision.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEND.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
