Job Description

We are seeking an experienced English Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Prospero Teaching. The successful candidate will work with students who require additional support in their academic studies.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with SEMH difficulties, focusing on academic skills development.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement learning plans that meet the needs of students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or related field.
  • Relevant experience working with students with SEMH difficulties.
  • Team Teach training and enhanced DBS certification required.
